in what areas of yourself/life are you the happiest? In what areas are you the unhappiest?

what small detail in life do you notice that you think others miss?

give me three reasons (doesn't have to be the top 3 :)) that this world is a better place because of you.

I'm happiest with most everything. Unhappiest with being so far from my family. I feel like if I could fix that, I"d be the happiest person alive.

I know how many stairs are in my house, and in other houses that I visit often. I need to count as I climb! I'm also incredibly aware of spelling errors, found in the most random places.

The world is better because of me because I have made blankets for people to keep them warm, I've been a good friend to several people, and because I am mothering a child that will one day achieve great things and make the world a better place as well. :)

Do you ever second guess your decision to become a mom? Does it ever scare the crap out of you? Do you ever wonder if you're doing it the best way or even a good way?

These are just the questions I ask myself when I wonder if I should ever be a mom. I worry about being too selfish a person to be a mom. (I like being able to sleep through the night and not have spit up, snot or worse all over my clothes.) Do you ever just want to drop the screaming kid off at someone else's house for a week (or three) to get your brain waves back?

I have never second guessed my decision. However, I've known I was meant to be a mother since I was a kid. Seriously.

But of course it scares the crap out of me every day. This is a crazy world with crazy people in it. How will I be able to protect her from all of that? How can I teach her everything she needs to know? Will I be good at this? Will I bring up a moral, respectful, decent person? What if she gets sick? Or hurt? I go through a million questions each and every day. It's terrifying, but I know I'm doing the best that I can. In the end, that's all you really can do.

There are some moments where I would like some quiet. Or to not wake up in the middle of the night. I still really enjoy my showers, which is the 15 minutes a day that I truly get to myself. But, for now, I don't ever want to be away from her. I'm much too in love for that. I'm sure one day it might come ... but for now, I'm loving having a constant sidekick. :)

Aside from being a mom, do you have any life aspirations? Have you achieved them? If not, are you working towards them?

And if I haven't said so, I'm really happy yous guys had a baby. As I said before, one time when we were leaving Starbucks, you really seem well suited for it. If you can survive more, I'd recommend more. If they're close in age and same gender, they'll play together ALL the time and it'll be a major relief (sometimes).

As of right now, being a mom is my only aspiration. I can't think of anything I'd rather do than mother this little child.

I guess wanting to move back to Canada is an aspiration. I'm not actively working towards that, though.

And thanks. :)

Do you wish you could move back to Sudbury?

Absolutely. I think about it really frequently. Unfortunately, Daniel finding a job there is close to impossible. We've talked about it before, though. If he could just find a good paying job, we would be there ... if we could sell this house (housing market here is absolute CRAP) and buy another in Sudbury (which I hear is no easy feat either).

1) when was the last time you laughed so hard you cried

2)If there was one thing that people could know about you as soon as they met you without you having to say a word what would that be?

3)if you woke up as the opposite sex what would be the first thing you would do?

1) I can't remember. That's sad. I'm sure it wasn't too long enough, but I can't remember. I'll let you know if I do.

2) That I'm actually intelligent. I feel like I come off as really stupid most of the time. I swear I'm not!

3) Probably jump up and down naked in front of the mirror. Just because. :)
